Company Origin

It began with a simple conversation. In 2023, game enthusiast Christian Mezzaroba and digital artist Terran Mehan discussed their respective dreams. Each was interested in creating a game but lacked the concept to develop. With a stroke of luck and inspiration, an abandoned project was donated to the pair to fashion their own creation. However, they still struggled with the expertise needed to complete the project. Fortunately, soon after, they onboarded skilled creative Em Bradford, who brought with them the spark necessary to spur the trio into motion. With this new collective of hard-working and passionate developers, the project evolved to become the foundation of Third Party Applications.

Founders

Albert “Christian” Mezzaroba

Title: Game Mechanics Director

Spearheading the mechanical angle of game development is Christian, who ensures that each game presents its own unique player experience.

Christian’s passion for video games flourished into professional pursuit long before the founding of Third Party Applications. After several past projects and an ongoing academic pursuit of software development, Third Party Applications was and still is a culmination of his aspirations. With the implementation of his own expertise, Christian ensures the digital and mechanical components of game development are engaging and intuitive. The player experience is his first and foremost priority, and this outlook is enforced through mechanic research, proposal, and implementation. This often includes the exploration of various software to create a mechanically united game.

Terran Mehan

Title: Art Director

Terran Mehan, as the exclusive artist of Third Party Applications, ensures that the visual component of game development prioritizes quality.

Before Third Party Applications, Terran worked on design assets for animated shorts, digital comics, interactive TTRPGs, and even unpublished video games. Inside the company, Terran pushes the creative angle of art direction. The UI, maps, concept art, and animation are all products of his innovation. Through the collaboration of talented writers and software experts of Third Party Applications, the art of our games is made with both form and function in mind. For all products in the future, big or small, Terran will ensure that it fits the company's vision.

Emily “Em” Bradford

Title: Lead Editor

Em ensures that each project component fits into the greater whole of the game, rather than convoluting it.

Em’s expertise stems from an extensive history of editing projects ranging from simple professional applications, published written pieces, to long-term episodic plot outlines and scripting. Applying her expertise to Third Party Applications, she moderates and manages the concepts for every aspect of the game. Mechanic ideas, visual components, and creative aspects are all edited to ensure it maintains a cohesive identity. Additionally, to ensure that this moderation is consistent, she actively involves herself with every aspect of the company, including game construction, narrative development, and visual conceptualization.
